Career Development MCDA's Organizational Career Development SIG — a collaboration with the Twin Cities Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) — discusses topics related to career planning practitioners and ways to provide career planning resources to employees of organizations. The Organizational Career Development SIG meets over breakfast on the third Friday of every month (except December) from 8-9:30 a.m. at the Double Tree Hotel, in the Dover Restaurant (1500 Park Place, St. Louis Park). 2008 Schedule January 18: How do you measure the impact of employee and career development to the bottom line?
